ALOO DAHI KI SABZI
 
" Potato and Curd Curry."
 
Serves- 4
 
INGREDIENTS
250 gms- Potatoes
3 Tbsp- Oil
½ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
1 ½ Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp- Turmeric Powder
2 Tcup- Well Beaten Curd
5 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
3 Tcup- Water

METHOD
1. Pressure Cook Potatoes and then cut into medium size pieces.
2. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Cumin Seeds to it.
3. Add Potatoes to it and then add Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder and stir for 3 minutes.
4. Next add Beaten Curd and Water and let it boil well.Add Coriander Leaves.
Check the consistency of the Gravy.
5. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
6. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
