- INGREDIENTS
- 250 gms- Potatoes
3 Tbsp- Oil
½ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
1 ½ Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp- Turmeric Powder
2 Tcup- Well Beaten Curd
5 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
3 Tcup- Water

- METHOD
- 1. Pressure Cook Potatoes and then cut into
medium size pieces.
2. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Cumin Seeds to it.
3. Add Potatoes to it and then add Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric
Powder and stir for 3 minutes.
4. Next add Beaten Curd and Water and let it boil well.Add Coriander
Leaves.
- Check the consistency of the Gravy.
5. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
6. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
