ANGOORI CHAMAN
 
" Angoori Pethas topped with Double Cream and Nuts."
Serves 8
 
INGREDIENTS
250 gms- Angoori Pethas
200-250 gms- Sweetened Double Cream
1 Tsp- Saffron dissolved in 5 Tbsp Warm Milk and 2 Drops Yellow Food Colour
10-12 Pcs-Each of Pistachio and Almonds soaked in water,peeled,shredded Finely
Silver Varak
Few Pieces of Pomegranate ( Hindi Term Anaar )
 
METHOD
1. Take 8 Pieces of Transparent Plastic Sweet Serving Container .
2. At the base of each Container,first put few pieces of Angoori Pethas.
3. Put a bit of Saffron Syrup on it and then top it with Double cream.
4. Garnish properly with Pomegranate,Pistachio,Almonds,Silver Varak and Kesar Syrup.
5. Let it set in the Fridge and then serve chilled.
