ARBI KI SABZI
 
" A Dish with a Difference."
 
Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS
250 gms- Colocassia ( Hindi Term Arbi )
1 Tcup- Curd blended with 2 Tbsp Gramflour
2 Tbsp- Oil
½ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
A pinch Asafoetida
2 Nos- Bay Leaf
½ Tsp- Mustard Seeds
2 Tsp- Salt
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
2 Tcup- Water
4 Tsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
Garnish
Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
METHOD
1. Boil Colocassia and peel them.Cut them into small Flat pieces.
2. Heat Oil and then add Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Bay Leaf,Mustard Seeds.
3. Then add the Curd Mixture to it and then add the Indian Spices to it.
Stir well and let the Curd Mixture boil well.
4. Add Colocassia to it and sauté well.Add Water to it and boil for few minutes.
5. Add Coriander Leaves and mix well.
6. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
7. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander leaves.
