- INGREDIENTS
- 1 Litre- Milk
½ Tcup- Almonds ( Soaked in water,skin removed,made to
paste with water )
1 Tbsp- Ghee]
250 gms- Grated Khoya
1 Tcup- Sugar
½ Tsp- Cardamom Powder
2 Tbsp- Shredded Almonds

- Rose Petals

- METHOD
- 1. Saute Almond Paste in ghee and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a kadhai and when it starts to thicken a bit
add almond paste to it and mix well.
3. Add khoya to it and stir well and see that doesnot stick to
the bottom of the kadhai.
4. When the mixture becomes a bit thick add sugar to it and mix
well.
5. Add shredded almonds,cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Check the sweetness and then garnish well with rose petals,almonds
and also sprinkle cardamom powder on it.
7. Serve hot or cold.
