- INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp- Boondis ( Readymade )
2 Tcup- Curd
Water- To get medium consistency of Raita
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
¼Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
¼Tsp- Black Salt
¼ Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- METHOD
- 1. Blend Curd with water to get medium consistency.
2. Add salt,red chilli powder,black salt,cumin powder and mix
well.
3. Add Boondis to it and also add chopped coriander leaves.
4. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
5. Let the Boondis soak well in the curd so that they become
soft.
6. Serve Chilled.
