- INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ Tcup- Freshly Grated Coconut
2 Nos- Green Chillies ( Finely Chopped )
1 Inch- Ginger ( Finely Chopped )
4 Tbsp- Roasted Chana
½ Tcup- Water
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder

- Tempering
- 2 Tsp- Oil
1 Tsp- Mustard Seeds
8-10 Pcs- Curry Leaves
2 Nos- Red Chilli ( Whole )
1 Tsp- Split Black Gram ( Hindi Term Dhuli Urad Daal )

- Other Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp- Curd

- METHOD
- 1. In a Mixie,grind Coconut,Green Chilli,Ginger,Roasted
Chana and Water to get a thick Paste.
2. Add Salt and Red Chilli Powder and keep aside.
3. Prepare Tempering by heating Oil and then to it add Mustard
Seeds, Daal, Curry Leaves and Whole Red Chilli.
4. Pour the tempering on the Chutney and then add Curd and Chopped
Coriander Leaves to it.
- Mix well.
5. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
6. Serve with Dosas,Idlis and Vadas.
