CHOCOLATE BOMB
 
" Kheerkadam Sweets rolled in Thick Chocolate."
Makes 8
 
INGREDIENTS
8 Nos-Kheerkadam Sweets
1 Tcup- Milk
1 Tbsp- Sugar
3 Tbsp- Cocoa Powder
½ Tcup- Beaten Sweet Cream
15 gms- Dairy Milk Chocolate Slab
1 Tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 Tbsp Water
1 Small Slab Nougats ( Hindi Term Kaju or Badam Chikki )
 
Garnish
Broken Cashewnuts
Cherry in Syrup ( Tinned )
 
METHOD
1. Heat milk in a Kadhai and then add sugar to it.Add 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder to it and mix well.
Add grated Dairy Milk and mix well.
Add cornflour and mix and see that no lumps are formed in the thick sauce.
2. Switch off the Gas and wait for it to cool a bit and then add cream to it and whisk properly.
3. Add 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder and then then mix well.
4. Dip the Kheerkadam Sweets in it and coat all the sweets well with the prepared Chocolate Mixture.
5. Place them on the serving platter with butterpaper at the base to avoid sticking to the platter.
6. Top all the Sweets with crushed nougats ,broken cashewnuts,cherry and let it set in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.Serve Chilled.
