CORN FRITTERS
 
" A Delicious Corn and Vegetable Cutlet."
 
Makes Approximately 10-12 Cutlets
 
INGREDIENTS
10-12 Pcs- Tinned Babycorn
3 Tcup- Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Tsp- Chopped Green Chillies
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
½ Tcup- Boiled Mashed Carrots,French Beans
1 Tbsp-Bengal Gramflour ( Hindi Term Besan )
1 Tbsp- Chopped Ginger
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp- Pepper Powder
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
 
Cornflour and Water Batter for Dipping the Cutlets
Bread Crumbs for Rolling the Cutlets
Oil for Deep Frying
Accompaniment
Tomato Ketchup
 
METHOD
1.In a mixing bowl mix Potatoes,Green Chillies,Coriander Leaves,Carrots,Beans,Besan,Ginger,Red Chilli Powder,Pepper Powder and Salt.
2.Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
3.Take a Babycorn,coat it properly with the Potato Mixture and give it the shape of an eye.
4.Dip in Cornflour Batter,Roll in Breadcrumbs and Deep Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
5.Drain well on a tissue and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
