- INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tcup- Curd
Water- To get medium consistency of Raita
½ Tcup- Chopped Coriander Leaves,2 Nos- Green Chillies,1
Tsp- Chopped Ginger-Made to a Paste with little Water
1 Tsp-Salt ( To Taste )
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
¼ Tsp- Sugar
¼ Tsp- Black Salt

- METHOD
- 1. Mix curd with water to get the desired
consistency.
2. Add all the ingredients to it and mix well
3. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
4. Serve Chilled.
