CORIANDER RAITA

Serves-4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Tcup- Curd
Water- To get medium consistency of Raita
½ Tcup- Chopped Coriander Leaves,2 Nos- Green Chillies,1 Tsp- Chopped Ginger-Made to a Paste with little Water
1 Tsp-Salt ( To Taste )
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
¼ Tsp- Sugar
¼ Tsp- Black Salt
 
METHOD
1. Mix curd with water to get the desired consistency.
2. Add all the ingredients to it and mix well
3. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
4. Serve Chilled.
