CREAMY MAYONNAISE SANDWICHES

Makes 6 Large triangles

 

" Brown Bread with a Filling of Mayonnaise Sandwich Spread."

 

INGREDIENTS
6 Slices- Brown Bread
4 Tbsp- Readymade Mayonnaise ( Eggless )
2 Tbsp- Fresh Cream
¼ Tcup- Grated Carrots
1/3 Tcup- Shredded Cabbage
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt-To Sprinkle
Pepper- To Sprinkle
3 Tbsp- Tomato Ketchup
Few Salad Leaves

 

METHOD
1.Take Mayonnaise in a clean bowl. Add Cream to it and mix well till creamy.
2.Add Carrots,Cabbage,Coriander Leaves,Salt,Pepper and Tomato Ketchup to it.
3.Mix well and check the Seasoning.
4.On one slice Bread,spread a Salad Leave.Spread Mayonnaise Mixture on it and cover with another slice.
5.Similarly repeat for other four slices.
6.Cut the Sandwich into half and serve with Tomato Ketchup.
