GAJAR MATAR

Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp- Oil
1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp- Ginger and Green Chilli Paste
4 Tcup- Carrot Cubes
2 Tcup- Peas
1 Tsp- Salt
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp- Mango Powder
½ Tcup- Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
METHOD
1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Cumin Seeds to it.
2. Next add Ginger and Green Chilli Paste to it and fry well.
3. Add Carrots to it and cover and cook till carrots are done.
4. Add all the Indian Spices to it and mix well.
5. Add Peas to it and mix.
6. Add Coriander Leaves to it and mix.
7. Check the Seasoning and adjust.
8. Serve hot.
