GOA PRAWN MASALA
 
" A Seafood Delicacy which can be served as an excellent Snack."
Serves-4
 
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg- Prawns ( Medium Size )
½ Tcup- Oil
½ Tcup- Sliced Onions
Salt- To Taste
 
Paste
15 No- Whole Red Chilli
2 Tbsp- Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
15 No- Cloves
2 Nos- Cinnamon Stick ( 1 Inch Each )
3 Tbsp- Roughly Chopped Ginger
6 Tbsp- Malt Vinegar
 
 
METHOD
1. Shell,Devein,Wash and Pat Dry the Prawns.
2. In a Blender put all the Ingredients to be made to a Paste and then add about 6-7 Tbsp of Water and make a Fine Paste.
3. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then to it add Sliced Onions and sauté it well till Golden Brown.Next add the Paste to it and sauté well until the Oil leaves the Masala.
4. Add Prawns and sauté well until they get Cooked and become Dry.Add Salt and mix well.
5. Check the Seasoning.Adjsut Accordingly.
6. Serve Hot Skewered on Toothpicks for Cocktails.
