GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNEY
 
" A Chutney without which any Meal or Snack is Incomplete."
Makes 1 Tcup approximately
 
INGREDIENTS
100 gms- Coriander Leaves ( Chopped )
4 Nos- Green Chillies ( Chopped )
2 inch- Ginger ( Chopped )
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Sugar
4 Tsp- Mango Powder
3-4 Tbsp- Water ( Approximately )
 
METHOD
1. Wash Coriander Leaves very well and then blend it with all the other ingredients in a Blender.
2. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
3. Use Chutney as needed.
