JHATPAT PANEER ALOO MATAR SUBZI
 
" A Quick way to prepare this Delicious Subzi."
Serves-4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Nos- Medium Size Potoato ( Cut in small Cubes )
½ Tcup- Paneer Cubes ( Same as as that of Potatoe Cubes about 3 cm )
Oil For Deep Frying
2 Tbsp- Oil
A Pinch- Asafoetida
½ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
2 Nos- Bay Leaf
4 Nos- Peppercorns
2 Nos- Cardamom
1 Inch Stick- Cinnamon
½ Tcup- Boiled Onion Paste
4 Tbsp- Readymade Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp- Cashewnut Paste
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp- Coriander Powder
½ Tsp- Mango Powder
½ Tsp- Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp- Chaat Masala
½ Tcup- Peas
1 Water
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves

METHOD
1. Deep fry the Potatoes and Paneer in hot oil till golden brown.Drain well and keep aside.
2. In a Pan heat oil and then add asafoetida to it.Add all the whole spices and sauté well.
3. Next add the onion paste and fry well. Add tomato paste and sauté well.
4. Next add cashewnut paste and mix .Add all the Indian Spices and mix well.Add salt.
5. Add Paneer and Potato cubes and mix well.
6. Add water and mix well.
7. Let the gravy simmer well and add peas to it.
8. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
9. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
10. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
