KHOSHA BHAJA
 
" Vegetable Peels Fried in Spices."
 
Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Tcup- Peels from Vegetables ( Pumpkin,Potatoes,Bottle Groud )
- Washed Properly and then cut into Fine Juliennes
1 No- Medium Size Onion ( Sliced Finely )
3 Tbsp- Oil
½ Tsp- Turmeric Paste
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp- Mustard Seeds
½ Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
 
METHOD
1. Heat Oil in a Pan and then to it add Mustard Seeds.
2. Add Onions to it and sauté well and then add the Vegetable Peels to it.
3. Add Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Paste to it and sauté well.
4. Next add Salt ot it and mix well.
5. Sprinkle little Water to it if it becomes too dry.
6. Cook till the Peels become soft.
7. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
8. Serve it as an Accompaniment with Rice.
