- Serves 8-10

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 Litre- Milk
1 Tcup- Sugar
1 Tsp- Saffron Dissolved in 5 Tbsp Warm Milk
5 Tbsp- Basmati Rice ( Soaked in water for 5 hours and then grounded
to a fine paste with little water )
2-3 Drops- Yellow Food Colour

- Garnish
- 8-10 Pcs each of Almonds and Pistachios soaked
in Water,Skin Removed and then Shredded.
Few Rose Petals
Silver Varak
½ Tsp- Cardamom Powder

- METHOD
- 1. Heat Milk in a Kadhai and stir occasionally.When
it reduces a bit then add Sugar to it and mix well.
2. Add the Rice Paste to it and mix well with a Whisk.
3. Add Kesar Mixture to it and also add Yellow Food Colour.
4. Check the Sweetness and adjust accordingly.
5. Portion it out into small Earthenware Flat dishes and Decorate
well with Dry Fruits,Silver Varak,Rose Petals and also sprinkle
Cardamom Powder on it.
6. Let it set in the Fridge for Half Hour and then serve Chilled.
