- INGREDIENTS
- Koftas
- 2 Tcup- Boiled Mashed Potatoes
½ Tcup- Grated Paneer
2 Nos- Green Chillies ( Finely Chopped )
½ inch- Ginger ( Chopped )
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
1/3 Tcup- Cornflour
20 Pcs- Raisins
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Oil for Deep Frying

- Gravy
- 3 Tbsp- Oil
½ inch- Ginger ( Chopped )
1 Tcup- Boiled Onion Paste ( Boil 2 Peeled Onions in Water for
10 minutes. Drain water, Cool the Onions,Chop Roughly and Then
make Puree in Blender.)
- 1/3 Tcup- Readymade Tomato Puree
1 Tsp each of Salt,Coriander Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Mango Powder,
Chaat Masala and Sugar.
1 Tcup- Grated Mawa Or 1 Tcup Milk,Mawa Powder and ¾ Tcup
Milk mixed together
2 Tcup- Water
2 Tbsp- Malai ( Skimmed Fat from the Boiled Milk ) Or Cream
A drop Yellow Food Colour or Red Food Colour
2 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- METHOD
- Kofta
- 1. Mix Boiled Mashed Pototoes with paneer,green
chilli,ginger,salt,chaat masala,red chilli powder,cornflour,coriander
leaves.
2. Check the seasoning and then divide them into small balls
( Approximately 20 Pieces ).
3. Stuff Raisins in each and then deep fry in hot oil till golden
brown.
- Drain well on a tissue and keep aside.

- Gravy
- 1. Heat oil in a Kadhai.Add ginger and green
chilli and sauté well.
2. Add onion paste and sauté well.
3. Next add Tomato Puree to it and mix well.
4. Add all the Indian Spices to it and also add salt to it.
5. Add the Mawa Mixture and mix well.
6. Add food colour to it and also add water to it.
7. Simmer the gravy well and then check the seasoning.
8. Add malai and coriander leaves to it.

- To serve,Place the Koftas in A serving dish
and then pour hot gravy over it.Serve hot garnished with chopped
coriander leaves and spread malai or cream over the prepared
dish.
