METHI ALOO

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp- Oil
1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
A pinch- Asafoetida
4 Tcup- Small Cubes of Potatoes
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp- Coriander Powder
1 Tsp- Mango Powder
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp- Salt
1 Tcup- Chopped Fenugreek Leaves ( Hindi Term Methi Leaves )
½ Tcup- Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
METHOD
1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida to it.
2. Add Potato Cubes to it and sauté well.
3. Add all the Indian Spices and cook well.
4. Add Methi Leaves to it .
5. Cover and cook till the Potatoes are done.
6. Add Coriander Leaves and mix well.
7. Check the Seasoning and serve hot.
