" An Easy Way to prepare Dry Moong Dal."
 
Serves - 5
 
INGREDIENTS
275 gms- Moong Dal
2 Tbsp- Oil
½ inch- Ginger ( Chopped )
2 Nos- Green Chillies
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp- Lemon Juice
¾ Tcup- Water
5 Tbsp- Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
Garnish
Chopped Coriander Leaves
 
METHOD
1. Soak Dal in water for 1 hour and then strain water from it.
2. Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker and add Dal to it.Pressure cook for only a few minutes so that the Dal stay whole and doesnot crack.
3. Add all the other ingredients to it and mix well.
4. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
5. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
