ORANGE BOAT
 
" Filling of Sandesh and Cream in Orange Peel."
Serves 8
 
INGREDIENTS
2 No- Medium Size Oranges
8 Nos- Small Pieces Ordinary Sandesh
4 Tbsp- Beaten Sweet Cream
2 Drops- Orange Food Colour
½ Tbsp- Chopped Pistachio
½ Tbsp- Chopped Almonds
( Both pistachio and Almonds are to be soaked in water,skin removed and then chopped )

METHOD
1. Cut top of the Orange and scoop out from inside in a way that the peel is intact and takes the shape of a round bowl.
2. Mix sandesh,cream,colour in a bowl with the help of spoon.
3. Fill them in oranges and cover with the orange lid.
4. Let it set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
5. When properly set then cut each Orange into 4 parts so that it resebbles a boat.
6. On each side decorate properly with pistachio and almonds.
7. Cool it properly and serve chilled.
