POMEGRANATE AND CORIANDER RAITA
 
" A Raita which goes well with all the Indian Dishes."
Serves-6
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Tcup- Curd
1 Tsp- Sugar
1 Tsp- Salt
Water- To get medium consistency of Raita
½ Tcup- Chopped Coriander Leaves And 2 Nos- Green Chillies ( Made to Paste with little Water )
¼ Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder]
½ Tcup- Pomegranate ( Hindi Term Anaar )
 
METHOD
1. In a Mixing Bowl,mix curd and water to get medium consistency.
2. Add all other ingredients to it and mix well.
3. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
4. Serve Chilled.
