PANEER TAWA MASALA
 
" Cottage Cheese cooked on a Griddle."
 
Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS
400 gms- Paneer( Cut in small cubes )
3 Tbsp- Oil
1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp- Ginger Paste
2 Tsp- Garlic Paste
4 Nos- Chopped Green Chilli
¾ Tcup- Chopped Onion ( Cubes )
¾ Tcup- Chopped Tomato ( Cubes )
Salt- To Taste
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp- Coriander Powder
1 Tsp- Garam Masala Powder
¾ Tcup- Chopped Capsicum ( Cubes )
4 Tbsp- Coriander Leaves
Oil for Deep Frying the Paneer
 
Garnish
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
 
METHOD
1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and deep fry the Paneer Cubes in it till golden brown.
Drain well on a tissue and keep aside.
2. On a Griddle, Heat Oil and then add Cumin Seeds to it.
3. Add Ginger,Green Chilli and Garlic to it and sauté well.
a. Add Onions to it and fry well.
4. Add Tomatoes to it and fry well.
5. Add Indian Spices to it and mix well.
6. Add Paneer to it and mix well.
7. Add Capsicum to it and mix well.
8. Add Coriander Leaves to it and mix .
9. Check the Seasoning and adjust accordingly.
10. Serve hot garnished with Chopped Coriander Leaves and also sprinkle Lemon Juice over it.
