PYAZ AUR ALOO KI PAKODIS
 
" Onion and Potato Fritters served with Chutney of your Choice."
Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Nos- Medium Size Onions
2 Nos- Medium Size Potatoes
2 Tcup- Bengal Gramflour ( Hindi Term Besan )
Water- To Make the Batter
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
4 Tbsp- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp- Garam Masala Powder
Oil for Deep Frying

METHOD
1. In a Mixing Bowl,mix together Gramflour,water,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and coriander leaves.The Batter should be of medium consistency.
2. Cut Onions and Potatoes in thin round slices .
3. Heat oil in a Deep Frying Pan ( Hindi Term Kadhai ) and then dip each piece of potato and onion in the prepared Gramflour Batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
4. Drain well on a a tissue and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
