- INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tcup- Deseeded Tomato Juliennes
1 Tcup- Deseeded Capsicum Juliennes
½ Tcup- Cabbage Juliennes
1 Tcup- Cucumber Juliennes
1 Tcup- Carrot Juliennes
2 Tsp- White Vinegar
¼ Tsp- Salt ( To taste )
½ Tsp- Pepper
½ Tcup Fresh Cream mixed with 3 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
¼ Tcup- Well Beaten Curd
3 Tbsp- Tomato Ketchup

Few Salad Leaves
Few Bread Croutons

- METHOD
1.In a Bowl,mix all the Vegetables,Salt,Pepper.
2.Add Cream Mixture to it and mix well.Then add Beaten Curd to
it.Add Tomato Ketchup and mix well.
3.Check the Seasoning and serve in a Salad Bowl garnished with
Salad Leaves and Bread Croutons.
