- Serves 6

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tcup- Curd
1 Tcup- Besan
1 ½ Tsp- Salt
1 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
2 Tcup- Water
- Whisk the above mentioned Ingredients and
keep aside.

- 2 Tbsp- Oil
A pinch- Asafoetida
1 Tsp- Aniseeds ( Hindi Term Sauf )
¼ Tsp- Fenugreek Seeds ( Hindi Term Methidana )
¼ Tsp- Mustard Seeds ( Hindi Term Rai )
¼ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
3 Tcup- Water
Few Curry Leaves

- Garnish
- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- METHOD
- 1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Sauf,Methidana,Rai,Curry
Leaves,Cumin Seeds,Red Chilli Powder and Asafoetida.
2. When they all start to crackle,then add the prepared Curd
Mixture to it and stir well.
- See that no lumps are formed.
3. Add water and simmer well.
- Adjust the Seasoning and serve hot garnished
with Chopped Coriander Leaves.

- You can also add Gramflour Pakodis to the
Kadhi.
