- INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp- Oil
1 No- Whole Red Chilli
1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp- Chopped Green Chilli
1 Tsp- Chopped Ginger
4 Tcup- Roughly Chopped Cubes of Boiled,Peeled Potatoes
1 Tsp- Salt
1 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tcup- Peas
½ Tsp- Garam Masala Powder
½ Tup- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- METHOD
- 1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and to it and Cumin
Seeds,Green Chilli,Red Chilli and Ginger.
2. Add Potatoes to it and sauté well till a bit golden
in colour.
3. Add Salt,Red Chilli Powder and Garam Masala Powder to it.Add
Peas to it.
4. Add Coriander Leaves to it and mix well.
5. Serve hot.
