- INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms- Sangar ( Sundried,Vegetable of Rajasthan
)
50 gms- Kariya ( Small Green round Vegetable of Rajasthan )
3 Nos- Whole Red Chilli
3 Tbsp- Oil
½ Tsp- Cumin Seeds
2 Nos- Bay Leaf
A Pinch- Asafoetida
1 ½ Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
1 ½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
3 Tsp- Coriander Powder
1 Tsp- Mango Powder
¼ Tsp- Turmeric Powder
1 Tcup- Water

- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- METHOD
- 1. Soak Sangar and Red Chillies in Water
and then boil.Remove Water from it and then clean well.
2. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Oil to it.
3. Add Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Kairya and Bay Leaf.
4. Add Sangar and Red Chillies to it and mix well.
5. Add all the Indian Spices to it and mix well.
6. Add Water to it and let it boil well.
7. Adjust the Seasoning and serve hot garnished with Chopped
Coriander Leaves.
