SAUTED GREEN CHILLIES

Makes Approximately 1 ½ Tcup
 
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp- Oil
1 Tsp- Aniseed ( Hindi Term Sauf )
A Pinch Asafoetida
½ Tsp- Mustard Seeds
5 Nos- Large Green Chillies ( Cut in Circles )
1 Tsp- Salt
1 Tbsp- Coriander Powder
1Tbsp- Mango Powder
¼ Tsp- Turmeric Powder
½ Tcup- Milk
 
METHOD
1. Heat Oil in a Kadhai and then add Sauf,Rie,Asafoetida to it.
2. Add Green Chillies to it and sauté well.
3. Add Milk and other Indian Spices to it and cook well.
4. Cover with a lid and cook .
5. Adjust the Seasoning and serve as an Accompaniment to any Dish.
