SWEET AND SOUR TAMARIND CHUTNEY
 
" A Very Quickly Prepared Chutney."
Makes 1 Tcup Approximately
 
INGREDIENTS
100 gms- Tamarind ( Soaked in Warm Water for 20 Minutes )
2 inch- Ginger and 4 Nos - Green Chillies made to paste with little Water
2 Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
6 Tsp- Sugar
Water as per Thickness of the Chutney needed.
 
METHOD
1. Remove pulp from the Tamarind by squeezing it well.
2. Add all the Ingredients to it and mix well.Add water as per consistency needed.
3. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
4. Serve as Needed.
