VEGETABLE RAITA
 
" A Very Common Type of Raita."
Serves-4
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Tcup- Curd
Water- To get medium consistency of Raita
4 Tbsp- Finely Chopped Cucumber
4 Tbsp- Finely Chopped Tomato
4 Tbsp- finely Chopped Onion
4 Tbsp- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp- Salt ( To Taste )
½ Tsp- Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
Pepper Powder- To Sprinkle
 
METHOD
1. Mix Curd with water to get the desired medium consistency.
2. Add chopped onion,tomato,cucumber,coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder and pepper powder.
4. Mix well and check the seasoning.Adjust accordingly and serve chilled.
